Rental Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation at our vacation villa, the guest agrees to the following conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

To confirm a reservation, a 60% deposit of the total rental amount is required.

The remainder is due 5 days prior to arrival. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

2. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

3. Check-in and Check-out Times

From 4:00 PM Check-out: Until 11:00 AM (Check availability for flexible check-in/check-out times)

4. House Rules

• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed (except by prior arrangement).
• Please respect the neighbors' rest and maintain responsible behavior during your stay.

5. Number of Guests

The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This capacity cannot be exceeded without prior consent.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €250 will be required, which will be returned upon departure if no damage has occurred to the property.

7. Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the facilities and furnishings. Any damage caused must be reported and may incur an additional charge.

8. Use of Services

• The pool is only available during the summer season.
• Bicycles are available for guests' use at their own risk.
• The house has heating in winter, included in the rental price.

9. Data Protection

The personal data provided during the reservation process will be processed in accordance with current legislation and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Acceptance

Making a reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
